Credit pack credits never expire. Plan credits reset to your plan's monthly amount at each renewal, so unused plan credits don't roll over.
Plan credits are spent first, then pack credits. Your balance in the top bar shows both together; Billing shows each one.
You only pay for results. If a run fails, is blocked by the content filter or is canceled, its credits go straight back to your balance.
It depends on the model and settings, and the Generate button shows the exact cost before you start. For example, a 5 second Kling 3.0 Standard clip is about 42 credits and a Soul 2 image about 1.
Yes, anytime. Open Billing and choose Manage billing to switch plans, update your card or cancel. A canceled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
